In order to have your account approved faster, please follow
these guidelines when registering:
- Businesses in the US must provide their resale permit number (if you
do not yet have one, you will need to note that in the "comments"
section of your application).
- Businesses outside of the US are not required to provide a resale
permit number. Please indicate in the "comments" section of your
application if you are requesting a dropship account or a wholesale
account.
- IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A RESALE PERMIT
NUMBER AND INDICATE "WHOLESALE" OR "DROPSHIP" CUSTOMER ON YOUR
APPLICATION, YOUR REQUEST COULD BE DELAYED OR DENIED.

If you already have an account with us but have not
yet filled out an online application, you will need to do so in order to
create your personal login ID and password.
You will only need to
register on your first visit to our new website. After that, you
will simply log in using the ID and password that you create. Once
logged in, you will be able to view wholesale pricing and place orders
online.

Minimum
Order:
There is a $50 minimum purchase for all wholesale
orders (US or International). US customers must provide a
valid resale number.
Shipping and Handling:
FREE ground shipping on all US and
Canadian orders over $299 (printing services not included). FREE airmail
shipping via the US Post Office is offered on all other international
orders over $499 (beds, carriers, and printing services not included).
International customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or
import taxes charged by customs agencies in their own
country.

hours! Method of Payment:
Doggie Designer accepts all major
credit cards (VISA, MC, American Express, and Discover) as well as PayPal
and wire transfers.

Printing Services:
We offer embroidery and silk
screening services on many of our garments. Please email your artwork to
wholesale@doggiedesigner.com and we will
customize a quote for your job. All printing orders must be pre-paid prior
to printing. We require 2 weeks for orders involving printing.
Returns: All returns must be pre-authorized.
Doggie Designer does not allow
returns for refunds on wholesale purchases. Merchandise in new
condition with original tags and packaging may be exchanged for a
different size within the first 30 days.
The customer is
responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged merchandise.
All sales are final on beds, carriers, custom dog bowls/treat
jars, and any discounted or clearance merchandise.
Defective
Merchandise: Defective merchandise must be returned within 14 days of
purchase. A replacement item will be shipped out at no
charge.

program is really quite simple. Once you set up an account with us, you
will be granted permission to use our images on your website. You set your
own retail price, sell the products, and the customer pays you the retail
price. Then you forward the order to us via email for shipping. We would
prefer that you email us a packing slip that we can enclose with your
order.
You can use your own packing slip design and send it to us
by email or fax. Here is a samples of packing slip that we suggest.
Once you are registered as
a dropshipper, you can view our dropship pricing online by clicking the
"Wholesale Login" menu at left side of the page.
In order to set up a drop ship account with us, we will require that
you fill out a brief account set up form. Please email us at wholesale@doggiedesigner.com
to request the form.
Each time we dropship an order for you, we will
send you an email with an invoice and tracking number.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR DROPSHIP ORDERS
We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving the order via USPS
First Class mail. Back ordered items may be delayed. You will be notified
if an item is on back order.
Shipping and handling for orders sent to US addresses is a base charge
of $6.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional clothing or
jewelry item in the order, $1.00 for each additional hair pin in the
order. For addresses outside of the US, the base charge is $12.00.
Exceptions to this are:
- Shipping charge for all carriers is $15.00 to US addresses, $25.00
to Canada, and $40.00 to overseas countries.
Additional carriers
within the same order are charged $12 for shipping in the US and $20 to
all other countries.
- Shipping charge for ceramic dog bowls and treat jars is $12.00 in
the US, $20 to Cananda, and $35 to overseas countries.
- Shipping charge for beds is $20.00 in the US, $30.00 to Canada, and
$40.00 to overseas countries. Additional beds within the same order are
charge $15 in the US and $25 outside of the US.
Shipping and handling is
charged on all exchanges so please tell your customers to measure
their dog carefully!
