Doggie Designer offers secure checkout which protects your credit card and personal information. All information is held confidential and is not sold or distributed. Credit card numbers from orders placed online are NOT stored and your email address is used only for sending you shipping and tracking information.
RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized. Contact us at info@doggiedesigner.com to arrange a return/exchange. We will accept returns for refund or exchange up to 30 days from date of purchase. We do not accept returned product that has been soiled or torn. Returned merchandise must be in new condition. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All sales are final on any merchandise that is discounted or on sale. Please measure your dog carefully.
We do not accept returns on wholesale purchases.
EXCHANGE
Products may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of purchase. Exchanged merchandise must be in new condition and returned with all original packaging. Merchandise that is soiled or that has dog hair on it will not be accepted. All exchanges must be pre-authorized and standard shipping charges will apply on all replacement merchandise.

Doggie Designer accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and PAYPAL. Cashier's checks are accepted from US banks only. Money wire transfers are also accepted. Please contact us directly for banking information. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
